February 2010

Welcome to flyingwildgoose.com, dedicated to promoting the traditional Chinese art of Qigong.

Today’s fast paced life can be very stressful and demoralising, and have a negative impact on our health. Our lack of exercise and poor diet also means that our bodies lose their natural balance, leaving us exposed to joint problems, aches and pains and even illness.

Over 2000 years ago the Chinese discovered that by combining certain exercises and breathing techniques, they could restore the body’s balance and flow of ‘Qi’ energy and so regain their health and slow down the ageing process. The ancient Chinese scholars called this exercise technique ‘Qi Gong’, literally meaning ‘energy exercise’.

Now you can learn some of these traditional Chinese skills, which will help you to relax and improve your health.
